I suppose it depends on how granular we want to get with our categorization.

It's the reason we have a vehicle customization page. "
Wouldn't that just be another reason why Color Customization is redundant?  You're either changing the color of a character or a car.

True, but you can also customize the color of "buildings" in Spore, and we don't have a Building Customization page (as far as i know).

@Ignor:  The concept doesn't refer to editing terrain, only characters and vehicles.  (Though Terrain Editing should have its own concept page, which it does not at this point.)

EDIT:  Derp.  But there are map editors, and color customization may be part of some map-editing functions.

Here's why I created it.

My Armor Dye page was getting games added to it that shouldn't be. Some games let you change colors without any means of explaining why or without the use of an in game item to do so. So I decided to make a new page to differentiate it. While every game on the armor dye page would also appear on the color customization page, the reverse is not true.

The color customization page isn't limited to armor or even just cars (it was just the first example I could think of when making it). I guess it's an all encompassing concept. If we feel it's unnecessary, that's fine. I was only trying to find a place for the games that didn't belong on the armor dye page since that page is fairly specific.

Well in fact customization exists in various forms and for many things but I want to ask something, does the color customization in therms of blood belongs under this concept ?
Some games uses that as a sort of censorship option.

I would say no.  Blood/gore censorship could probably be its own page.

Thanks, for the info. so that's because that's not a proper customization. I added a few games under the list of games with alternate blood but I think the optional censorship is pretty much part of most violent games out there.
