Video and Audio are out of sync

I recently noticed that I had to change the audio latency on downloaded videos by -100 to -200ms in order for the sound to sync up properly with the video. I assumed that because I was playing the videos locally it was a problem on my end, but the same thing happens with videos played on the site or on GB's YouTube page.

As a quick example, look at the GB video feature logo at the very start and you'll see that the audio is coming in slightly late.

Yes. I’m noticing this too. Very annoying as I mostly watch on an Apple TV, and I adjust the audio delay, but then have to revert back whenever I watch anything else.

Specifically, I’m only noticing this on West videos.
