Internal Server Error viewing my profile, and notifications broken

Whenver I try to view my own profile, I get an Internal Server Error page, as below.

I also get an Internal Server Error when trying to view my notifications (either by hovering over the icon, which shows 1 unread notification, or by clicking on the icon and opening the full page in a new tab):

This has been happning all day today - I tried to view my notifications around 13:00 UK time and had the same issue as I am now.

This is being looked into, sorry for the trouble!

I just ran into this as well for my profile as well, in case other cases needed looking into.
