Me too, for what it's worth.

That's a premium video, you need to be subscribed in order to access the premium videos (summoning Rorie to let you know premium subscriptions are on sale right now!)

@finaldasa: Doesn't the gold around their avatar mean they have premium? I have premium and get the same error, FWIW.

Appears to be a bug with that video. Nothing to do with your sub.

The video works for me. Have you tried a different browser/pausing ad blocker/clearing your cache?

Probably just a weird bug.

@finaldasa: I can watch the video in the browser but am unable to download it. I have tried clearing my cache and turning off my ad blocker.

I am using Firefox updated to the latest version. I use Firefox exclusively so I am unable to try another browser. I will just have to stream the episode for now.

I just wanted to let the team know in case this affects other people.

Just to add to this, same message here. I've been a premium member for years, not seen this error before.

Thanks for the heads up on this. Not sure why this specific video would be affected but I'll see if someone can take a look into it. If it's a case where it needs to be reuploaded, though, it might have to wait until we're back in the office.

FWIW, I tried downloading this video a month or two ago and the download link was broken then too. I should have thought to report it here!

Sorry to bump on old thread, but went to download this one today and noticed the same issue still occuring!

No issues here in the most recent Firefox with adblock disabled for this site.

Bumping this, because the latest UPF has the same issue. Judging from the comments I'm far from the only one. Streaming in the videoplayer is fine, streaming from the Video Bomb android app works too, just specifically using the download links fails. It's the only current video I'm having issues with.

Edit: upon further investigation, the location the download points to misses the 'mc' part in the link that is there for other upf videos, so it seems to be a redirect issue.

Not a big deal, the warning should read "This episode is not yet live. It is only viewable by Staff."
