Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you know, Chu-Hi is pronounced (Chew- High). So says my Japanese fiance so I think that's official.
I still have a couple of cans in my fridge from my last visit to tokyo, I love the stuff. (especially grape, grapefruit and lemon.)
and yes, you can have tea made from barley, it's probably what you were drinking Brad. It's called Mugicha (moogeecha) and I'm drinking it right now. You can get it in SF japantown and it's great on a hot day, better than water!
