that the bombcast has really hit it's stride these last couple of weeks? I've found myself having to stop myself from laughing out loud at work several times in the last couple podcasts. It feels like everything is coming together nicely now.
Does anyonen else feel
The thing i like about the Bombcast is that it isn't four guys trying to pretend to give professional opinions about games. It isn't four guys trying to speak lingo and corporate jargon to its listeners, it isn't a child friendly recording that tries to use small words and nice language so kids understand. Its four guys in an office, speaking about games, sharing their opinions and if you don't like it you can bugger off because they'll still make another Bombcast next week doing the exact same thing. Its that attitude i prefer and its why i listen to the Bombcast on the day its uploaded, because its four guys saying it how they see it and not caring what people think.
I demand a Bombcast where the four of them are drunk and speaking about games, that would be funny.
Things I like about the Bombcast.
- It makes me laugh out loud in public. Although then I feel silly.
- It comes across as honest and not at all forced. Who knows if this is the case - at least they maintain the illusion of honesty even if it is forced.
- Funny impersonations of game characters, namely Solid Snake
- Brad's voice
Agreed. It's one of the few things that can keep me awake on the train in the morning, and it's better than it's ever been.
If you count "previous incarnations" of the podcast, I've been listening to the bomb squad talk about games every week for just over three years now.
Metal Gear???
"I always thought the show had great chemistry. That's what I think.
The drink bits got kind of old though.

I totally agree. I listen to it while I do my therapy stretches, and I'll just collapse on the floor and crack up. I love this podcast. :D
Best podcast period! I just love how they don't shy away from stuff and speak their mind. Also the hemp milk in the last episode was just awesome. I kinda wanna go get some now...
Someone stated that they have been listening to the Bombcast for the last 3 years earlier in this thread, I feel the same way....only that it's got the best four pieces from the last four years.
I was ecstatic when I heard both Brad and Vinny were joining the bomcast ranks.
In my opinion, it really is the best four people that you could have sitting down and expressing their gut feelings about video games. No disrespect to Rich Gallup or Alex Navarro, but I think this is the best starting line up there could possibly be. Not just for the insight that their experience brings, but also their creativity and chemistry.
At this point if one should leave it would really hurt the show.
I listen to it on my iPod most during car rides. The only problem is that I car pool a lot so when I laugh hysterically I get a lot of funny looks...
"Hamz said:Yeah, that'd be pretty great.... I'd pay for that."I demand a Bombcast where the four of them are drunk and speaking about games, that would be funny."I second that"

"Things I like about the Bombcast.I agree with all of these. I often lmao on the bus on the way to school and other places and look like an idiot. Occasionally a friend will ask why I'm laughing, I'll tell them it's a podcast, and try to explain what just happens, and they stare at me like I'm an idiot some more....And I also would like a petition for a drunk podcast. Maybe it could be a Bombcast Special Episode or something
