    Fallout 3

The moment I actually got out of Vault 101 and started exploring the Capital Wasteland, I realized that this game is defnietely better than Oblivion. Even though some might think that the land is mostly barren, empty, and boring, there are actually many places to find and many reasons to explore this rich world. The quests here are interesting, and some are very complex and even humorous (Stealing Independense) and will keep you involved in this game for a long time. Even though the actual gameplay mostly ties on waiting for V.A.T.S. to regenerate (tactical pause where you choose what action you want to take against an opponent), it's still very interesting and the different weapons that are included here will encourage you to also play real time also. Finally, the actual atmosphere and setting of this game will capture you until you finally find yourself at least a week after you started playing.

Being someone who sadly has not had the opportunity to play either of this game's prestigious predecessors, and neither having known the wonders Cyrodiil within Bethesda's previous game The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (although this has now been gladly rectified), I approached Fallout 3 not knowing exactly what to expect, since I had no bar to judge it against. What I discovered was a game packed to the brim with a unique atmosphere, a fantastic sense of scale and grandeur, a solid plot and huge ...
