So apparently since Sony have tried to pull a fast one on it's customer base EA have decided to follow suit. The business side of this industry continues to disappoint me day by day.

They're just giving one reason after another to not play BF3. Their loss I suppose.

I wonder what else EULA's can get away with.

It's not just class action, It's jury trial as well.
