How this is going down

Below are teams that you have been assigned. Now there are a few things you have to do.

1. Get in contact with ALL of your team members.
2. Come up with a Team name. (and a team logo if you want)
3. Pick a Captain

Captains Responsibilities

1. Team Captain will be in charge of all Drafting
2. Team Captain is responsible setting up matches with other Captains
3. Captains need to add me to the friends list
4. When a match is made, please inform @rb_man when it’s happening at least 24 hours in advance so he can stream it if he is able.
5. If you have an emergency please inform @rb_man as soon as you can before the match.
6. Both teams captains will submit the match ID numbers and who won for each match played to @rb_man.

If you have any problems getting your teams together let me know.

If your name is not on there it is because we had a odd number of players so we could not make it to ten teams. Sorry D:

The RULES

1. Every team must play every other team once.
2. Each team will play a Best of 3 vs every other team.
3. Every win a team gets will give them one point.
4. A Coin Flip / Dice Roll from @rb_man will determine sides.
5. There are NA and EU teams when playing like this you will swap severs every match.
6. After every team as played every other team. The team with the most points win.
7. If two teams have the same number of points then one BEST OF 5 set will be played.
8. You have to play one team a week. More then that is strongly encouraged.
9. You have till the 24th of January to get your team in order.
10. After the 24th you must play your 1 match a week.
11. You can play matches before that but they will not count.

We only had 49 players sign up. There were only enough players to make 9 teams. So I had to drop 4. What I did was take every one with less then 10 posts and randomly draw 4 people that could not play.

Got in contact with most of team 5 and think eric's gonna be our captain.

How do we sort out who we're playing? Do we just sort it out among ourselves or is there a schedule or something?

It's a little bit of a bummer that some people had to be left out. I'm sure that there are going to be a couple of people who have forgotten / can't go through with the league. Maybe the four that got left out can fill in those gaps permanently? Also everyone in Team 8 is in contact with one another; I don't know who the captain is, but it's probably twigg or ct.

Team 5 people, I made a team 5 steam group and sent everyone invites. My steam nickname is Flashlight fyi.

Small update, blommer's internet is busted, so I will be captain for the first game. We will be also needing a stand-in.

I will be adding other captains in my list in order to organise this weekend's game.

For the record, Good Luck Have Batrider is about the best GB Dota team name I could have hoped for

little update, Blommers internet is back! So he is able to play in the first game.

If I played DoTA2 I would make a team called "Hey Guys I'm Halo"

Good start to the league even that first game was very close but the rest weren't. We got games and most people to show up which is what's important!

Even though I lost it was still fun!

Man, nothing like watching your game get cast to realize how bad you are! Still great fun

@WhiteBrightKnight: Mate tell me about it. I glimpsed QoP out of ice path when she had 0 HP, I got some flak for that haha

Stick with Disruptor man, even though you had a rough time with him that game he's incredibly fun and Glimpse is one of the most hilarious abilities in the game.

I know I will, I love playing him. I usually do a bit better with the glimpses, our team was all pretty tired, was getting on for midnight here and we'd already played 1 Bo3 so that had something to do with it. Couldn't deal with those Dendi hooks in the second game

If anyone needs a sub, I'm one of the lucky 4 that got "randomly" selected to not participate. (guess asking around for 1 more person or warning us first would have been too hard eh?)

I also happen to be a competing caster and made a not so friendly comment about the leader's 5-follower, Minecraft-themed stream at the start.... HMMMM.

So are matches still going on with this? I haven't really seen any games scheduled recently outside of thunderfury blessed blade of the windseeker

WHAT THE FUCK! Why does no one tell me about this? I am only on the fucking gb chat channel like 24 hours a day. All those games with my fellow duders mean NOTHING! They have all abandoned me. Well IM MAKING MY OWN DOTA TEAM! WITH HOOKERS AND BOOZE! (and meepo)

Also if someone wants to broadcast and cast id love to cast with you.
