went to play over Xbox live today and shockingly couldn't get a game with anyone going. got in with one player and he quit after the second song of HIS setlist. after about 20 - 30 minutes finally got in a game with someone else and played through a setlist. after that nothing... ANYONE wanna play for fun/achievments?
DJ Hero
Game » consists of 21 releases. Released Oct 27, 2009
FreeStyleGames' DJ Hero uses a turntable controller to bring Guitar Hero-like gameplay to more genres and styles of music.
No one is playing this apparently....
The same goes for Guitar Hero 5 online. Or any Guitar Hero game really. The online community is more of a leaderboard race than a competitive gametype battle.
Stuff like that is a shame for the folks who want Activisions dumb online achievements, that obviously are not helping to strengthen their online players.
Yes, the Guitar Hero and DJ hero community seems a bit empty. Now I only play Guitar Hero: World Tour offline (by myself or with friends); nobody seems to be playing online.
damn, I've been able to get a game or two here and there but I guess I shouldn't be surprised as the online is very bare-bones "who can get the higher score" and that's about it. Very fun game tho
i've been thinking about picking it up, i'll probably wait for a price drop though. if i get it, i'm in.
I hope nobody plays it. Maybe they'll stop making them, and actually take time to improve the games a little bit.
