Ive beening deciding on whether to get this game or not for a while now. I played it whilst as a mates house at halloween and loved it, but i felt that it might just be a novelty. So to everyone that owns it, would you say it is a good buy or not? if yes which is the best version?

I can't speak for the game itself, as I haven't played it, but I'd expect the price to drop around Christmas time.

My brother owns it and what I've played I've enjoyed, but then again, I didn't spend £80 on it. I think that you could get several really good games for the same price as DJ Hero and get more game for your money.

I have played this game at my friends house and it is a lot of fun, but don't go into expecting a GH/RB party style of game 
 
This is very much a one man endeavour, thankfully the music is great so it all kinda works

Just wait till you see a deal and go for it. It will be going down in price for sure but how long you want to hold out is up to you. I grabbed in Friday for 95 plus a 40 gift card from amazon and figured I did alright since I'm really craving to play this game.

i own the renegade edition, the game is absolutely AMAZING. Once i beat it i havnt really touched it since. if you have the money its a you'll have lots of fun. otherwise wait for the price to drop, but overall the game is the most fun music game ive ever played.

buy it. I got it the other day and it's fucking amazing. for sure some of the best music I've ever heard in any game, and having mixes of some of my absolute favorites is +1. 

BUY IT. The Game is amazing.  Once you start, you won't step away from the turntable until the last mix has been finished. A music game masterpiece.
