IGN just gave Crysis a 9.4. And apparently, the game does look and run slightly better than the original Crysis. I'll be sure to pick it up, and it's only $30 retail which is pretty nice.

Actually Deadly I've been following the game for several months, its waaay waaay less intensive than the first Crysis, the demands aren't nearly as high. They said they build a PC for 700$, and made sure it ran fine on that, and if it didn't..they worked more and more until it did. They apparently did all of their footage and tests for EA on that same system as well, so its much less demanding than Crysis, yet from what I've seen looks just as good(well, will once a "ultra" quality mod is released for Warhead as well)

btw yep, I'm picking it up, however I'm going to finish the first Crysis before hand probably...didn't yet because I never had the PC for it, but will next week!\

edit- oh, and check out IGN's review of warhead if you're interested, can explain more than I can here :) got a 9.4 Watch the video review too!

they tested it on a 700$PC as I said and made sure it ran fine on that..I believe it was holding a 9600GT is what was said though. Did you check out the review at IGN yet? if not you should, and watch the video too, tells you anything you would want to hear.

I dunno... I loved Crysis and all, but this looks like (read: IS) a rehash. Also I don't like not running games at max settings.

If I had to put my money on something, I'd say Left 4 Dead will be the next big thing in multiplayer. Brothers in Arms is very unlikely, its just not hyped enough (I never played the series).

Other contenders (in order of likelihood):

    1) Call of Duty: World at War
    2) Crysis
    3) Far Cry 2
    4) Red Alert 3
    5) Tom Clancy's End War

I might, I just hope it`s a little better, story wise then Crysis, it felt like a tech demo.
