No servers have appeared on server browser for almost two weeks, after updating, reinstalling the game, I have given up!

I would guess it is your nat type, You need to access it and change it to open 

Disable internet connection sharing 
treyarch basically ignored testing the game with ICS turned on for some dumbass reason and still havent fixed it 
that same thing happened to me even though the description is kind of vague i think its the same thing

Fixed it by disabling internet connection sharing.
