    Mediocre at best

Sometimes it takes mediocre games to really show how good certain games are, in this case Battlefield:BC illustrates how good CoD4:MW actually is. The gameplay feels clunky and I just don't feel that the bullet traveling time in Battlefield is correct, it seems slow. Think players can take too much of a beating before they die as well.
The graphics are not very impressive, they terrain and textures "flicker" a lot on long distances making it hard to see and discern objects at long distances which is kind of devastating to a game who puts so much into being played on big and open maps.
The single player is worse, the gameplay is alright except the worst health system I've seen in a modern fps. Stabbing yourself with a syringe while you're getting hit by heavy machine gun bullets is just idiotic, might as well play with god mode on, but then again I'm not a big fan of regenerating health systems in general, it leads to a "shoot a clip from behind a crate, take a few rounds in the face, duck down and regenerate and repeat". The result is an insane unrealistic accuracy on the enemey to make up for it  and an overall stagnant camping gameplay style. The dialogue is horrible, the humor isn't funny at all, it all boils down to a horrible manuscript.

In Bad Company, you'll be utilizing Dice's new Frostbite engine to destroy your way through a somewhat short single-player and an addicting multiplayer experience. Though Bad Company is quite different from its Battlefield cousins in both story and presentation, minus a few small annoyances, it's a great shoo...

Wanna blow stuff up? Get Bad Company. 0

If I wanted to make this review short and sweet, I'd probably just say "If you like blowing stuff up and killing a bunch of people while doing it, then Battlefield Bad Company is the game for you." But since I like to add a bit of professionalism to my reviews, I'll delve a bit more into the game and give you a more enlightened point of view on this first-person shooter. Battlefield Bad Company comes from developer EA DICE and publisher Electronic Arts and chronicles the adventures of B-Company...
