The PS4 version of the Battleborn beta starts tomorrow--more about that here--but in the meantime, the developers have just released a rather lengthy new trailer for the game. I have to think that this could have been edited down a bit more. I'd rather hear about level and progression systems than a 10 minute overview of every single character. The energy at the start is also a bit much, and sounds like a hyped up you tuber, but I guess that's the point. It goes away after a minute or so.

This game actually seems like it could be pretty fun, but wooooow, a lot of the humor just falls flat in my opinion. Seems like it's trying way too hard for it's own good. I'm dying to see how this game performs considering Overwatch drops a few weeks later and has already received infinitely more exposure because it's a Blizzard game and they pretty much sell themselves...because they're usually great games. It'd be totally cool if this game succeeded, but it just seems like the cards are stacked against it.

In any case, I do want to try it for myself. There are certainly things about it that look neat, but it's hard to say for sure without getting my hands on it.
