Please stop posting 4K videos unless you're producing them in 4K and increasing the bitrate drastically. These have the same bitrate of the 1080p videos from the pre-RV video host days.

Also, Pusha-T created the jingle for a McDonald’s ad as in he created a song for a commercial, he didn’t create the famous “ba da ba ba ba I’m loving it”. That part was written by a German ad agency, then the guy who created previous jingles for McD’s created the famous melody, then Pharrell adapted the melody for a Justin Timberlake song (per the brand’s request) and then Pusha and his brother recorded a new song of the ad campaign, based on the chrorus from Pharrell/JT’s song.

Teslas aren't inherently more explosive then a car full of fuel but they are more likely to start a fire after an accident. Those fires burn at a higher heat and are way more toxic than a normal fire and they can be huge issues for fire departments to put out.

Add the safety issues of some models not having doors that operate without power you got a spicy date with a steel table.

The premium video appears to not be working for me, but then I found out the Free Video actually has chapters which the Premium one doesn't since it's in the proprietary player.

@humanity: I've been having issues with the premium videos too. The most recent Grubbsnax just immediately stalls out too. The only way I've been able to make them work is watching via the download button, which opens in a new tab, but requires you to remember your timestamp if you're not viewing it in one go. I assumed it was just me.

That whole "monger" discussion is gonna be real interesting for UK folks...

I've listened since Arrow Pointing Down and I'm on the spectrum. I really don't like that I avoid listening anymore because I forget how bad it fucks me up, go away long enough to forget again, and then the cycle continues.

Here's a good article about the producer that makes all those Bruce Willis VOD movies. Bruce gets a couple millions dollars for a day's work, and then all of a sudden there's 20+ different Bruce Willis movies sitting in a Redbox in front of your local Walgreen's.

I know it's cool to hate on Elon and Teslas but Jess's comments about the car jump were way off. That car was not broken into a bunch of pieces for a jump that huge, and if those people were in any other car they probably would have been dead. A normal car has the engine in the front which would have weighed down the nose so much they would have flipped end over end in a horrific crash. "Tesla sucks" but I doubt that car full of idiots would have been able to run away that fast in anything else.

I'm also premium and can't play this. Just a black screen with the video settings icon (which I tried different settings in) and the volume with a reload icon on the bottom left. Some videos play fine like the Tiny Tina and Weird West videos, but this and Albummer show the black screens.

@lucifunk: It was an adblocker I think. Disabled for the site and it kicked in. Not sure why I need to disable it on a site I don't see ads on, but what are you gonna do. It's a bunch of new tech and systems. The fact they're migrating and still functioning is pretty impressive.

Its a shame razer doesn't bother to make their software hub crap work better because some of their products are decent for what they are. Just the other day I was looking to buy a USB mic and saw they have some decently priced options but the fact that you need their crap ass software makes me have to outright never consider their stuff.

The new theme song sounds like it was written by someone who aggressively hates music.

Ultimately the whole thing is a "people are dumb" problem not a "Tesla" problem. There just happened to be a Tesla involved in dumb people doing dumb things.

Also Elon Musk aside I think the cars seem really cool I'm not sure why people hate on the tech which is genuinely pretty impressive.

There's an unconfirmed rumor going around that Bruce Willis is in so many bad movies recently because he's developing dementia. So he's cashing in on his name and collecting as many paychecks as he can while he still can. Puts the whole thing in a stark light... assuming it's true, that is. Maybe he is just lazy, and wants easy paydays.

I know I'm a square, but that emailer should not be proud about helping people buy drugs like that. That's fucked up, in my opinion. But maybe I'm immediately thinking hard drugs, and it's slightly more benign than that.

hard to square up how actively good the original theme was and how much of a rough draft this new one sounds like. the beat is a mess. there's no flow. ends in a cacophony of nonsense. friend of the site or not, it's pretty bad.
